This Privacy Policy explains how FocusRaid (the “App”) handles information when you use it. FocusRaid is provided by Mateusz Pasterny Semicolons (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
FocusRaid is designed to operate without requiring an account and without transmitting your personal information to our servers.
Information We Collect
FocusRaid does not require you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, physical address, contacts, photos, location data, health data, or other similar personal information in order to use the App.
FocusRaid does not operate a user account system and does not have a backend service that receives or stores your App data.
The App stores certain game and application data locally on your device. This may include your game progress, experience points, level, completed focus sessions, streaks, Momentum, game state, settings, and other information necessary for the App to function.
How We Use Information
Locally stored information is used solely to provide the App's functionality, including saving your progress, maintaining game state, remembering your settings, and displaying your achievements and other in-app progress.
We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral profiling, cross-app tracking, or targeted marketing.
Data Storage and Security
FocusRaid stores applicable game and application data locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores this information.
Because the relevant data is stored locally, its security is also dependent on the security of your device and its operating system. We recommend keeping your device protected with an appropriate passcode and keeping iOS up to date.
No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
FocusRaid does not use third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, crash-reporting, or user-account services.
FocusRaid also does not transmit your locally stored game progress or application data to us or to third-party service providers.
Analytics
FocusRaid does not use third-party analytics services and does not collect analytics data about your use of the App.
Notifications
FocusRaid does not currently use push notifications or send notifications to users.
User Accounts
FocusRaid does not require or provide user accounts. You can use the App without creating an account, signing in, or providing an email address or other account credentials.
Children’s Privacy
FocusRaid is intended for adults and is not directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because FocusRaid does not require an account and does not collect personal information through the App, there is no separate registration process through which we knowingly collect children's personal information.
Data Retention
Game and application data may remain stored locally on your device for as long as the App remains installed, unless you remove or reset that data through functionality provided by the App or the operating system.
We do not maintain a remote copy of this information.
When you delete FocusRaid from your device, locally stored App data is deleted as part of the removal of the App, subject to the normal behavior of iOS and any device backups maintained independently by you.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information.
FocusRaid does not maintain a remote account or personal information database associated with individual users. Most information handled by the App is stored locally on your device and can be removed by deleting the App.
